Contact us about a return

What you need to know

What if my stone arrives damaged?
Stone is packed in crates and pallets, but freight can occasionally cause breakages. If you discover damage on delivery, note it on the delivery paperwork, take a few photos and contact us straight away so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
Can I return stone I no longer need?
Yes, unopened and undamaged crates and boxes can be returned. Returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee, plus any shipping or delivery fees involved in getting the stone back to its original warehouse.
Is natural variation covered?
Natural stone varies in colour, veining, texture and piece size from crate to crate. That variation is the character of the material, not a defect, so it isn't grounds for a return.
Who pays for return freight?
For change-of-mind returns, freight back to the warehouse is at your cost and comes off the refund. If stone is faulty or we've sent the wrong product, we'll cover it.
How do I request a return?
Get in touch with your order number and a few photos where relevant, and we'll reply within one business day. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method.

The fine print

Returns and refunds are assessed at our discretion and confirmed before any credit is issued. Restocking fees reflect the cost of picking, packing and returning stock to saleable condition. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
